Methods of payments accepted by Ketzapp are available on the payment page at the checkout when the product is ordered. Prices

Delivery or Shipment
Ketzapp uses expedited shipping. Shipping and estimated delivery time will depend on the location of the buyer but should generally take up to 15 - 30 days from the date of purchase. Duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkouts. Nothing is due upon delivery.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Shipment to freight forwarders are sent at the risk of the purchaser. Packages that show delivered will not be refunded if lost by the freight forwarder.
